Welcome to Rocco’s. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, reservation systems, dining services, takeaway offerings, and any related digital or in-restaurant experiences.
By accessing our website, making a reservation, placing an order, or dining at Rocco’s, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. General Information
Rocco’s is a modern Italian cuisine restaurant based in Sri Lanka offering dine-in services, reservations, takeaway, and seasonal culinary experiences.
We reserve the right to update menus, pricing, services, availability, and policies at any time without prior notice.
2. Reservations
2.1. Booking Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once accepted by Rocco’s via, phone, or booking system notification.
2.2. Arrival Time
Guests are expected to arrive on time for their reservation. We offer a 15–20 minute grace period, after which the reservation may be:
- Released to other guests, or
- Adjusted based on availability
2.3. Late Arrivals
In case of late arrival, Rocco’s reserves the right to:
- Reduce dining time
- Reassign seating
- Cancel the reservation in peak periods
2.4. Group Bookings
For groups of 8 or more guests:
- Advance notice may be required
- A deposit or pre-arranged menu may apply
- Management reserves the right to apply special dining terms
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or modification.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-shows may result in restrictions for future bookings
- Special events or festive reservations may have stricter cancellation terms
4. Menu, Pricing & Availability
- All menu items are subject to availability
- Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change without notice
- Seasonal ingredients may result in menu variations
- Rocco’s reserves the right to modify or discontinue dishes at any time
5. Payments
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
- Payment is required in full upon completion of dining or takeaway service
- For selected bookings or events, advance payment or deposit may be required
- All transactions are subject to applicable taxes and service charges
6. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Rocco’s takes food safety seriously; however:
- Our kitchen handles allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, seafood, and eggs
- Guests are responsible for informing staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering
7. Promotions & Offers
From time to time, Rocco’s may offer promotions, discounts, or special dining experiences.
- Offers are subject to specific terms and validity periods
- Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- Rocco’s reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers without notice
8. Guest Conduct
To maintain a refined dining experience, guests agree to:
- Treat staff and other guests with respect
- Avoid disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour
- Follow restaurant dress code or event-specific guidelines if applicable
Rocco’s reserves the right to refuse service or request guests to leave if conduct is deemed inappropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including:
- Branding, logos, and trademarks
- Menu descriptions and culinary content
- Photography, videos, and design elements
are the property of Rocco’s and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website may include links or integrations with third-party services (payment gateways, reservation platforms). Rocco’s is not responsible for:
- Third-party content or policies
- Service interruptions
- Transactions conducted outside our direct systems
11. Photography & Marketing
Rocco’s may capture photos or videos within the restaurant for marketing purposes.
- By entering the premises, you acknowledge this possibility
- If you prefer not to be included in media, please inform our team upon arrival
- Guest-shared content may be featured on our official platforms
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocco’s shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Service interruptions beyond our control
- Delays caused by third-party providers
- Personal belongings lost or damaged on premises
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it is not legally permissible under Sri Lankan law.
13. Amendments to Terms
Rocco’s reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
